Established at the dawn of the 21st century as an independent and local firm, BESTCARE Insurance Service, Inc. as a branch of PHP Insurance Services, Inc., the San Jose-based and biggest Vietnamese insurance agency in the U.S. which has been operating over 20 years with 100 plus full-time employees.
